This pursuit of knowledge transformed my life and led me to become a personal trainer. As a certified fitness professional with over 20 years of experience in firefighting, including 10 years as a paramedic, I bring a unique perspective to training. My background in bodybuilding, functional fitness, physique and injury prevention and rehabilitation allows me to design effective programs tailored to individual needs.

My background includes extensive work in Sports Performance, Strength and Conditioning, and Corrective Exercise Science, allowing me to design dynamic and personalized programs tailored to individual needs. I also bring expertise in Sports Nutrition to support holistic fitness and recovery strategies. As a results-driven and adaptable coach, I’m committed to empowering others to move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best.

Sports Performance/ Personal Trainer

I am an athletic performance specialist (run faster/jump higher/get tired less) and

strength and conditioning coach for all sports and athletes of all ages as well as a

certified personal trainer going on 6 years. When I’m not training athletes, I’m helping everyday working adults get stronger for their daily activities at work, special events , general strength and size goals , and sometimes individuals who want to move better in their daily life at home. I believe it’s important to be mobile, so that means it’s important to be strong. Everyone can always be stronger!

After 3 years of running for Georgia Southerns track club and a short stint at running

semi pro track and field, I became a certified personal trainer (ACE, NASM, Action CPT) as well as a certified nutritionist (ACE/Precision nutrition), boxing coach, human performance and injury prevention specialist.

All of that sounds great, but what really makes a difference is being good to people

and treating their needs like yours. Having the ability to make others feel like anything is possible while they reach their goals and you don’t have to be perfect, you just have to show up and get better.
